Refund policy
WONDER LIMO PR — RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All services provided by Wonder Limo PR INC. are non-tangible, time-sensitive transportation services. As such, refunds are governed by the following policies based on service type.
GENERAL SERVICES (Airport Transfers, Cruise Port, Tours, Hourly)
Full Refund Cancellations made 72 or more hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
No Refund
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.
- Changes requested less than 8 hours before pickup (excluding documented flight delays).
- No-shows or failure to meet the chauffeur within the complimentary wait period.
- Unused time within minimum hourly bookings.
Bundles, Roundtrips, Tours & Discounted PackagesOnce the first service leg has been rendered, there will be NO REFUNDS, NO CHANGES, and NO CANCELLATIONS — partial or total — for any reason. Once a customer enters the 24-hour window prior to pickup, the right to cancel and receive any refund is permanently and irrevocably revoked, even if the reservation is subsequently rescheduled.
SPECIAL EVENTS SERVICES (Weddings, Quinceañeras, Private Events)
Deposit A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.
Balance The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 14 days before the event date.
Cancellation Within 7 Days If the Client cancels within seven (7) days of the event, the total amount paid is non-refundable.
No Refund Upon Early Termination If the service is terminated early due to passenger misconduct, violation of terms, or safety concerns, all fees paid are forfeited with no refund or credit of any kind.
WAIT TIME & NO-SHOW POLICY
Airport Pickups: A complimentary 60-minute wait is provided from the time of flight landing. If the chauffeur cannot locate or reach the passenger within this window, the service will be marked as completed with no refund.
All Other Services: A 15-minute grace period applies. After 15 minutes with no passenger showup, the chauffeur will depart and full charges apply.
Exception: Airport baggage claim delays or lost/damaged baggage situations — no additional wait charges apply.
DAMAGE CHARGES
All passengers are jointly and severally responsible for any damage to the vehicle. A minimum damage fee of $250 applies for general services. For special events, additional charges for cleaning, repairs, and operational losses may be assessed based on actual costs. These charges are not subject to refund dispute.
FLIGHT DELAYS & CHANGES
In the event of a documented flight delay or a single flight change, Wonder Limo will honor the original reservation at no additional charge, provided the passenger notifies Wonder Limo as soon as the change is known and the rescheduled arrival occurs within 8 hours of the original pickup time. This applies to one (1) change or delay only.
CHARGEBACKS
Chargebacks filed against valid charges will result in a permanent ban from Wonder Limo services and may be subject to legal action.
STORE CREDIT
All partial refunds are issued exclusively as store credit. Store credit has no cash value and is applicable only to future Wonder Limo reservations.
GOVERNING LAW
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States of America.
ACCEPTANCE
By completing a booking with Wonder Limo PR INC., the passenger acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy in its entirety.
