Terms of service

WONDER LIMO PR — TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions apply to all reservations, private transportation services, airport transfers, hourly services, weddings, quinceañeras, proms, private events, tours, packages, and any related service provided by Wonder Limo PR INC. (“Wonder Limo,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By completing a reservation, submitting payment, paying a deposit, confirming service details, or using our services, the client, booking party, passenger, and all guests agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservations and Booking Confirmation

All services must be pre-arranged. Standard reservations should be made at least 24 hours before the requested service time. Same-day requests may be accepted only at the Company’s discretion and must be made no later than 8 hours before the requested service time.

A reservation is not confirmed until payment or the required deposit has been received and accepted by Wonder Limo.

Wonder Limo reserves the right to decline, cancel, or modify any reservation due to availability, safety concerns, inaccurate information, operational limitations, route feasibility, suspected fraud, or circumstances outside the Company’s reasonable control.

The client is responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, destinations, dates, times, passenger count, flight information, luggage details, special requests, and contact information. Wonder Limo is not responsible for service issues caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or late information provided by the client.

2. Payments

Standard reservations require full pre-payment unless otherwise approved in writing.

Special event reservations, including but not limited to weddings, quinceañeras, proms, private events, and formal celebrations, require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of the total service cost to confirm the reservation.

For special event reservations, the remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the service date. If the balance is not paid on time, Wonder Limo may cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.

Additional charges, including overtime, extra stops, waiting time, route changes, parking, tolls, cleaning, damages, or other approved incidentals, must be paid before the service continues or immediately upon completion of service.

Valid charges are final. Billing disputes must be submitted directly to Wonder Limo before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in cancellation of future services, collections, and/or legal action.

3. Standard Cancellation and Refund Policy

For standard transportation services:

Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time may receive a full refund to the original payment method, less any non-refundable processing fees charged by third-party payment processors.

Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before pickup may be eligible for Company credit at Wonder Limo’s discretion.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Same-day reservations are final and non-refundable.

Changes requested less than 8 hours before pickup are subject to availability and may require a new reservation.

Bundles, roundtrips, tours, and discounted packages are non-refundable once the first service segment has begun or been completed. Unused portions of packages are not refundable.

4. Special Event Cancellation Policy

For weddings, quinceañeras, proms, private events, and similar formal services:

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 14 days before the service date.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing.

The 50% deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

If the client cancels within 7 days before the event, the total amount paid is non-refundable.

The client acknowledges that special event dates are reserved exclusively for the client and limit Wonder Limo’s ability to accept other bookings. Late cancellations create operational and commercial losses because the date is difficult to rebook with short notice.

5. Service Duration and Overtime

Hourly and special event services include only the amount of time confirmed in the reservation.

For special event services, the included service duration is up to 3 hours, beginning at the agreed pickup time, not at the time passengers enter the vehicle.

Additional time is billed at $125 per hour or fraction thereof, unless a different overtime rate is agreed in writing.

Overtime is subject to vehicle, chauffeur, and operational availability. Wonder Limo is not obligated to extend service if doing so interferes with safety, scheduling, or another confirmed reservation.

Unused time is non-refundable.

6. Waiting Time and No-Show Policy

For airport pickups, Wonder Limo includes up to 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the documented flight landing time, provided accurate flight information was submitted before service.

For non-airport pickups, Wonder Limo includes a 15-minute grace period from the scheduled pickup time.

After the complimentary waiting period, additional waiting time may be charged at $50 per 15 minutes or fraction thereof.

If passengers do not appear, cannot be reached, or are not ready after the applicable waiting period, the reservation may be marked as a no-show. In that case, the service is considered completed and no refund will be issued.

The client must be ready at the agreed pickup time. Client delays may reduce available service time or generate additional charges.

7. Flight Delays and Flight Changes

Wonder Limo monitors flights when accurate flight information is provided.

For documented flight delays, Wonder Limo will make reasonable efforts to adjust the pickup time at no additional charge, provided the rescheduled arrival occurs within 8 hours of the original pickup time and the chauffeur/vehicle remains available.

This accommodation applies to one documented flight delay or flight change only.

Multiple flight changes, indefinite cancellations, next-day arrivals, missing flight information, incorrect flight numbers, or delays beyond 8 hours may require a new reservation.

8. Passenger Capacity

Transportation is limited to the passenger count confirmed in the reservation.

The authorized capacity of the vehicle may not be exceeded under any circumstance.

Additional passengers may not be added after final confirmation without written approval from Wonder Limo.

For safety, legal compliance, and insurance purposes, the chauffeur and/or Company may deny transportation to any unauthorized passenger.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all passengers in their party understand and follow these Terms and Conditions.

9. Minors, Proms, Quinceañeras, and Alcohol

For services involving minors, the adult client, parent, guardian, or responsible booking party assumes full responsibility for the conduct, safety, and compliance of all minor passengers.

Reservations that include champagne or alcoholic beverages require responsible adults to be present.

As a Company policy, alcohol will not be served, offered, opened, or made available to anyone under 21 years of age under any circumstance. Valid government-issued ID may be required.

Wonder Limo and the chauffeur reserve the absolute right to refuse, remove, suspend, or discontinue any alcoholic beverage service if minors are present, if proper identification is not available, or if the situation appears unsafe, inappropriate, or legally questionable.

If minors are present, Wonder Limo may replace champagne or alcoholic amenities with a non-alcoholic option at its discretion.

10. Passenger Conduct and Safety

All passengers must behave respectfully and safely at all times.

The following are strictly prohibited:

Smoking, vaping, or use of e-cigarettes inside the vehicle;

Illegal drugs or controlled substances;

Excessive intoxication;

Aggressive, abusive, threatening, or disrespectful conduct;

Interference with the chauffeur or vehicle operation;

Standing inside the vehicle while moving;

Leaning out of windows, doors, or sunroof;

Throwing items from the vehicle;

Damaging or tampering with vehicle equipment;

Unauthorized decorations, glitter, confetti, tape, adhesives, candles, open flames, or items attached to the vehicle;

Any conduct that creates risk to passengers, the chauffeur, the public, or the vehicle.

The chauffeur has final authority over all safety-related decisions.

Wonder Limo may immediately terminate service without refund if any passenger violates these rules, creates a safety risk, engages in illegal conduct, damages the vehicle, or compromises the luxury service environment.

11. Damages, Cleaning, and Vehicle Care

The client is financially responsible for damage, excessive mess, or cleaning caused by any passenger in the reservation party.

This includes but is not limited to:

Spills;

Vomit;

Food or beverage damage;

Sand, mud, or excessive dirt;

Broken items;

Scratches, dents, or exterior damage;

Interior damage;

Upholstery damage;

Electronic equipment damage;

Persistent odors;

Biohazard cleaning;

Lost service time due to cleaning or repairs.

A minimum cleaning or damage fee of $250 may apply. Additional charges may be assessed based on actual cleaning, repair, replacement, detailing, administrative, and operational loss costs.

Wonder Limo may charge the payment method on file or send a payment request for any damage-related charges.

12. Luggage and Personal Items

Luggage must be disclosed at the time of booking.

Wonder Limo reserves the right to refuse luggage, boxes, bulky items, sports equipment, decorations, or personal property that was not disclosed in advance or that affects safety, comfort, visibility, vehicle capacity, or schedule.

For special event services, luggage is not transported and luggage assistance is not provided unless previously agreed in writing.

Bikes, surfboards, oversized boxes, coolers, large décor, event materials, and bulky items require written approval before booking.

Wonder Limo is not responsible for damage to luggage or personal belongings.

13. Additional Stops, Route Changes, and Itinerary Changes

All routes, stops, pickup locations, destinations, and schedules must be confirmed in advance.

Additional stops are subject to chauffeur availability, route feasibility, and Company approval.

Each additional stop has a fee of $50 per stop, with a maximum stop duration of 15 minutes.

Stops exceeding 15 minutes may be charged as additional waiting time or hourly service.

Passenger drop-off stops may be billed as a separate route or service, depending on distance and logistics.

Changes after final confirmation, including pickup location, destination, route, schedule, venue, photo location, ceremony location, reception location, or additional stops, may generate additional charges due to extra distance, tolls, parking, fuel, time, or operational rearrangement.

Wonder Limo may decline any modification that affects safety, timing, vehicle access, legal compliance, or service quality.

14. Child Safety Seats

One complimentary child safety seat or booster may be provided per reservation upon advance request and subject to availability.

Additional child safety seats may incur an additional charge.

The responsible adult must verify that the child safety seat is appropriate for the child’s age, height, weight, and needs, and must confirm that the child is properly secured before departure.

Wonder Limo does not assume responsibility for injuries, fines, or damages resulting from incorrect child safety seat selection, installation, use, or misuse by the responsible adult.

Clients traveling with minors who require a child safety seat must notify Wonder Limo at the time of booking and add the Child Safety Seat as an additional service. Failure to do so may result in Wonder Limo being unable to provide the service at the time of pick-up for safety and legal compliance reasons. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

15. Vehicle Disclaimer and Substitution

Promotional photos, vehicle images, colors, models, and interior details are for reference only.

Wonder Limo reserves the right to substitute the scheduled vehicle with a vehicle of similar or greater passenger accommodation when required due to maintenance, safety, operational needs, availability, or circumstances outside the Company’s control.

A comparable vehicle substitution does not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or chargeback.

16. Lost and Found

Wonder Limo is not responsible for items left, lost, misplaced, or damaged inside the vehicle.

If an item is found, Wonder Limo will make reasonable efforts to contact the client.

Return delivery, courier service, special delivery, or additional chauffeur travel to return an item will be at the client’s expense.

17. Photos, Video, and Client Privacy

Wonder Limo respects the privacy of its clients.

Wonder Limo will not intentionally publish identifiable client photos or videos for marketing purposes without client consent.

The Company may capture or use non-identifying content of the vehicle, setup, exterior, décor, or service presentation for quality control, documentation, portfolio, or marketing purposes, provided the client and guests are not clearly identifiable.

For weddings, quinceañeras, proms, and private events, any identifiable marketing use should be approved by the client or responsible booking party.

18. Service Limitations

Wonder Limo provides private luxury transportation and chauffeur services only.

Wonder Limo does not provide medical transportation, emergency transportation, security services, childcare services, event coordination, baggage porter services, valet services, or personal assistance unless specifically agreed in writing.

The chauffeur may offer reasonable courtesy assistance when safe, but is not required to lift passengers, carry heavy items, manage event logistics, supervise minors, or perform duties outside the confirmed transportation service.

19. Force Majeure and Circumstances Beyond Control

Wonder Limo is not liable for delays, interruptions, cancellations, or inability to perform caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Traffic;

Road closures;

Flooding;

Hurricanes;

Natural disasters;

Accidents;

Mechanical issues;

In such cases, Wonder Limo may attempt to reschedule the service subject to availability. Refunds, credits, or alternative arrangements, if any, will be determined at the Company’s discretion and subject to the nature of the event.

20. Limitation of Liability and Release

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wonder Limo’s maximum liability for any claim related to a reservation shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Wonder Limo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, emotional distress, lost opportunity, lost event value, missed flights, missed reservations, lost profits, or third-party damages.

The client agrees to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wonder Limo PR INC., its owners, employees, chauffeurs, contractors, agents, and representatives from claims, losses, damages, injuries, fines, costs, expenses, and attorney’s fees arising from:

Passenger conduct;

Unauthorized passengers;

Undisclosed luggage or items;

Alcohol misuse;

Minor passenger conduct;

Unsafe or illegal behavior by any passenger.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

21. Complaints and Service Concerns

Any service concern should be reported to Wonder Limo as soon as reasonably possible during the service so the Company has an opportunity to correct the issue.

Complaints must be submitted in writing within 24 hours after service completion.

Complaints submitted after that period may be denied if the delay prevents Wonder Limo from properly investigating or resolving the matter.

22. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and applicable federal laws of the United States of America.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms, a reservation, payment, or service provided by Wonder Limo shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Puerto Rico, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

The prevailing party in any legal dispute may recover reasonable attorney’s fees, costs, and expenses, where permitted by law.

23. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a booking, submitting payment, paying a deposit, confirming service details, or using Wonder Limo services, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
